We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of veterans, the elderly and children in Belleville, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Our members donate time and resources to support many local catholics, veteran, youth and elderly organizations. Our post makes monetary donations to many local veteran, youth, elderly, and community organizations as well as state and national veteran organizations. The following are just a few of the local and national organization we support.
Honor Flight Network is a national nonprofit organization comprised of independent hubs working together to achieve the Honor Flight mission. In furtherance of this common goal, we have the enormous privilege of showing our nation’s veterans the appreciation and honor they deserve.
Participation in an Honor Flight trip gives veterans the opportunity to share this momentous occasion with other comrades, remember the fallen, and share their stories and experiences with other veterans. Honored veterans always travel free of charge, thanks to generous donations to our organization.
Camp Hope is a retreat for military veterans wounded in the War on Terror. William “Mike” White and his wife Galia, created Camp Hope as a tribute to their son Christopher, who was killed fighting for our country in Iraq.
The mission of Camp Hope is to honor the fallen by helping the wounded. We offer all expenses paid adventures and comradery for our service men and women that gave selflessly for our freedoms.
Mission: Exceptional outdoor and Spiritual adventures empowering kids of all ages.
Vision: Inspired by our Catholics traditions and commitment to the growth of people of faith.
We Will:
Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) began in 2003 as a small, grassroots effort providing simple care and comfort items to the hospital bedsides of the first wounded service members returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. As their post-service needs evolved, so have our programs and services. Today, through our direct programs in mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care, along with our advocacy efforts, we improve the lives of millions of warriors and their families

We are members of an enclosed contemplative Order of nuns, one of the oldest in the Church, founded in 1212 by St. Clare of Assisi under the guidance and inspiration of St. Francis. St. Clare envisioned a simple life, a Gospel life, a life totally surrendered to Christ, a life offered in union with Him for the salvation of the world.
