Becoming a member of the Catholic War Veterans (CWV) or Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary (CWVA) is easy. If you have served as an active duty, guard or reserve member of any branch of the service with at least 90 days of service, and have been honorably discharged; or if you are a family member of an active duty service member or veteran, you are welcome to join our community.
Simply complete the form below and a local representative from the Catholic War Veterans will contact you to discuss affiliation options and guide you through the process of completing the Membership Application.
Although we provide services to Veterans of any faith, eligibility for Membership in the Catholic War Veterans and Auxiliary is limited to those who are a baptized Catholic. Applicants must also be a citizen of the United States.
Individuals who are veterans of any branch of the United States Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves, and have received an honorable discharge are eligible. Active-duty personnel with at least 90 days of active duty are also eligible.
Family members who are related within two degrees of a living or deceased veteran, or a currently serving member of the US Armed Forces is eligible for membership in the Auxiliary. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, spouses, and in-laws.
CWV Memberships are available to any veteran of any branch of service who are baptized Catholic with and honorable discharge. Applicants must also be a citizen of the United States.
CWV Auxiliary Memberships are available to spouses, sons, daughters or other Catholic relatives of a United States Military Veteran.
CWV Honorary Memberships are available to those who are interested in volunteer work who may not be a veteran and/or Catholic but would like to support the post and our veterans. We have several honorary members that contribute a significant level of volunteer work, which benefits our Butz-Jobe Post 370 organization.
